We are urgently looing for Plant Head for one of the Electronics manufacturing Industry at Jaipur location.
Job Description:-
1. Plant Operations & Production Plan, direct, and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, and inventory in line with customer demand and business objectives. Optimize production flow through Lean Manufacturing and Hijinks implementation. Ensure 100% OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery to customers.
2. Quality Assurance & Systems Lead the Quality Assurance function and act as the Management Representative (MR) for IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949). Ensure Zero Defect culture by implementing and auditing PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, MSA & SPC. Lead Internal and External audits and manage CAPA implementation.
3. Continuous Improvement / TQM / Six Sigma Champion Six Sigma and Lean initiatives (DMAIC projects, VSM, Kaizens, 5S, 3M, Quality Circles). Identify improvement opportunities, train cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results (Cost saving, process stability, CPK improvements). Manage Green & Black Belt project pipelines and mentor project owners.
4. People Development & Engagement Build high-performance teams through motivation, training, and performance management. Lead engagement activities such as internal Kaizen competitions, cross-training, and knowledge sharing. Strengthen shopfloor discipline, ownership, and productivity.
5. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions. Drive safety culture through trainings and awareness programs.
