Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update detailed project schedules using Primavera / MS Project.
• Develop project execution plans, define scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams for project planning and material tracking.
• Monitor daily / weekly project progress and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Identify delays, analyze root causes, and propose corrective action plans.
• Prepare manpower, machinery, and material planning sheets for each project phase.
• Track cost, productivity, and resource utilization to ensure efficiency.
• Support in tendering and estimation through planning inputs.
• Prepare progress charts, S-curves, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure project documentation and control systems are properly maintained.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling & monitoring tools (Primavera / MS Project).
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, BOQ, and fabrication processes

• Analytical mindset with strong coordination and reporting abilities.
• Hands-on experience in resource and cost control planning

  .

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• PGD / MBA in Project Management preferred.
