Position Summary: Planning Executive

Frontier Furniture Systems is hiring a full-time, on-site Planning Executive

The position requires close collaboration with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to maintain efficiency, cost control, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOQ, and cut-lists
  • Coordinate with project supervisors
  • Handle day-to-day production activities
  • Production planning and work allocation
  • Support R&D activities and mock-up reviews
  • Execute non-standard design implementation
  • Coordinate with sales, project, and design teams
  • Attend customer complaints and ensure rectification
  • Ensure smooth functioning of factory departments
  • Conduct project status reviews
  • Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOQ, and cut-lists
  • Coordinate with project supervisors
  • Handle snag materials and raise PR for material procurement


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations and procurement coordination
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or a related discipline

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, production planning, or operations is highly preferred

  • Exposure to modular furniture, interiors, or allied manufacturing industries is an added advantage
