Job Summary:

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in preparing project schedules and look-ahead plans 
• Coordinate engineering and documentation workflows 
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines 
• Maintain control of drawings, RFIs, and document revisions 
• Assist with weekly/monthly project reports and dashboards 
• Follow up on interdepartmental action items and ensure closure 
• Liaise between HO and site teams for timely updates and support 

Candidate Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or planning 
• Familiarity with project planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project preferred) 
• Maintain detailed project documentation, update master schedules, and submit necessary regulatory or client reports 
• Work primarily in the office but may have to visit construction sites for project monitoring, coordination, and progress assessments.   
• Coordinate with site team for timely submission of deliverables as per the agreed contract. Forecast for any delay probabilities and timely action.   
• Follow up of meeting outcomes for compliances with concerned team.   
• Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report generation 
• Exposure to infrastructure or oil & gas projects is a plus

  Monday to Saturday 

• Travel:

  Short site visits may be required occasionally
