Planning Engineer

As a Planning Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. You will work closely with the planning team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning: - Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment. - Scheduling: - Assist in creating and updating project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. - Monitor and report on schedule performance and deviations. - Resource Allocation: - Assist in allocating resources (labor, materials, equipment) to projects. - Ensure optimal resource utilization and minimize conflicts. - Cost Estimation: - Assist in estimating project costs and developing budgets. - Monitor and report on cost performance and deviations. - Risk Management: - Assist in identifying and assessing project risks. - Develop and implement risk mitigation plans. - Reporting and Communication: - Assist in preparing project reports and updates for stakeholders. - Communicate project plans, schedules, and budgets to team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical), Construction Management, or related field. - 0-2 years of experience in planning, project management, or related field. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, or MS Project. Nice to Have: - Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
