Prepare and monitor project schedules for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Ensure timely engagement and performance evaluation of contractors/vendors.Review and plan material and contract requirements for the next 30/60/90 days.Oversee procurement MIS and control material usage and transfer of excess stock.Generate site-wise project reports and maintain issue trackers for drawings, materials, and contractors.Evaluate delay analysis reports and assess contractor liabilities for delays.Coordinate with MEP, Design, Budget, and Procurement teams for timely project delivery.Plan and monitor pre-construction activities and track weekly progress vs. targets.Prepare cash outflow projections aligned with project timelines.
