Position:

Qualification:

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using
Primavera (P6)
or
Microsoft Project (MSP)
.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and support project reporting.
Coordinate with site execution teams to collect data on project progress and resource utilization.
Support in preparing baseline programs, monitoring deviations, and updating revised schedules.
Prepare resource histograms, S-curves, and progress charts.
Participate in review meetings and support planning documentation.
Assist senior planners in delay analysis and preparation of catch-up plans.
Ensure planning documents, reports, and dashboards are updated regularly.

Key Skills

Proficiency in
Primavera (P6)
or
Microsoft Project (MSP)
is
mandatory
.
Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting abilities.
Basic understanding of civil construction project planning.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Result Areas

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules.
Ensure timely submission of progress and delay reports.
Support coordination between project site and planning department.
