Location Odisha, Chennai, Vellore and Thoothukudi Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer to manage and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking for construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution through effective planning, coordination, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project timelines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and Gantt charts using MS Project or Primavera. Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress; prepare reports and highlight critical delays or deviations. Conduct delay analysis, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track. Coordinate with site and project teams to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization and support budgeting processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree/Diploma in civil engineering, Construction Management. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in construction field. Skills Strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of construction processes and project management. Knowledge in MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.
