Location Vellore No. of Openings 3 Role Description We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager who is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing all aspects of the project, such as planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. The Construction Manager works closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Estimate project costs and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to the budget. Ensure that all team members follow safety guidelines and project specifications. Ensure that the final project is delivered on time and within budget, and manage any required post-construction activities. Qualification Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Applications from other domains will not be considered Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects. Skills Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment. Ability to handle unexpected challenges and mitigate risks effectively. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards to ensure safe and compliant construction practices. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to ensure that deadlines are met.
