Location Chennai and Thoothukudi Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer to manage and verify all project-related billing activities, ensuring accuracy, timely submissions, and alignment with contract terms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with site teams, clients, and contractors to streamline the billing process. Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, subcontractor invoices, and supporting documentation as per work executed on site. Coordinate with site engineers to collect and verify quantities from measurements, drawings, and work progress. Ensure billing is in line with BOQ, contract rates, and approved variations; support in rate analysis where required. Maintain proper records of billing, agreements, approvals, and coordinate with accounts, site, and client teams. Handle material and cost reconciliation, monitor billing status, and generate timely reports for management. Qualification Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related. Applications from other domains will not be considered. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Skills Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and billing software. Strong understanding of BOQ, contract clauses, and project documentation.
