as per BOQ and contract conditions
Take
site measurements
and maintain Measurement Books (MB)
Verify contractor bills and certify quantities executed at site
Prepare
client bills
and follow up for certification and payments

Cost & Contract Management

Track
project costs vs budget
and highlight variances
Prepare
extra item rates, variation orders, and claims
Assist in
rate analysis
for new and additional items
Coordinate with contracts and procurement teams for billing accuracy

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain billing records, abstracts, and reconciliation statements
Prepare
monthly cost reports and MIS
Ensure compliance with
contractual, statutory, and audit requirements

Coordination

Liaise with site engineers, planning, QA/QC, and finance teams
Support project managers in commercial and billing matters
Coordinate with clients/consultants for bill certification

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
BOQ, measurements, and rate analysis
Proficient in
MS Excel
,
AutoCAD
, and billing software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems)
Understanding of
contracts, tenders, and construction methodologies
Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience

Experience in
residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects
Familiarity with
RERA compliance
and real estate billing practices
Exposure to
high-rise buildings, villas, or large township projects
