We offer comprehensive engineering services in steel structural design, modular construction, water treatment processes, plant engineering, and project management planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end to end schedule development and management of all schedule aspects of a project from design through to including design, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop Level 1 to Level 5 Schedules, monitor, and update project programmes using appropriate planning software such as Primavera P6 & MS Project.
• Plan material procurement and ensure timely delivery with relevant teams.
• Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team, supply chain and other project stakeholders
• Ability to review and integrate detailed design, contracts, construction and commissioning programmes
• Execute ongoing short to medium term effective planning and review on projects and provide impartial forward insight to mitigate project risks
• Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate progress reporting and programme updates.
• Provide regular progress reports, forecasts, and dashboards to management and project teams.
• Identify risks to the programme and propose solutions to address potential delays. •Perform critical path development and analysis for all the workflows.
• Identify and document delay events, issuing timely notifications and updates. •Attending weekly contractor meetings across various projects

Candidate Requirements:

•Minimum 7+ years of experience in a similar Modular building/MEP planning position/Production planning or similar.

•Engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering

•Experience in Data Centre MEP projects or Steel Structural is advantageous.

•Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and advanced excel.

•Strong analytical, communication, and people skills.

•Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

•Good verbal and written communication skill
