Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
A Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR, Marketing, or Education Management will be an added advantage.
2 6 years of relevant experience in placement coordination, employer engagement, recruitment, or corporate relations, preferably within the EdTech or Skill Development sector.
Experience working on government skill development projects (e.g., NSDC, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, CSR initiatives, or state livelihood missions) is highly desirable.
Proven track record of achieving placement or employment linkage targets .
Experience in candidate sourcing, job mapping, and client relationship management .
Placement & Relationship Management
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with employers, HR heads, and industry partners.
Understanding of current job market trends, hiring processes, and entry-level job requirements.
Networking and negotiation skills for employer tie-ups and job sourcing.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
Strong presentation, counseling, and persuasion abilities.
Ability to motivate and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
Technical & Administrative Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation.
Familiarity with ERP systems, placement portals, or government MIS platforms (e.g., SIDH, NSDC portal) .
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining compliance documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively with training teams, placement managers, and project coordinators .
