Job Description Apex Training Academy is looking for Placement Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. We are looking for professionals with at least 3 - 8 years of experience in placements / recruitments and with good connect in the HR / talent acquisition industry. you will be responsible for coordinating job placements for our students Connects with Industries for Placement Role & responsibilities Understand the talent requirements of different corporates / organizations and evaluate their suitability to the company. Identify and visit companies/ organizations for potential placement opportunities. Experience in converting new clientele/accounts through structured market research & outreach. Must be well-networked in the HR community; have experience working with senior professionals with a track record of closing deals. Preferred candidate profile Should have experience in IT Hiring .
