Experience in student placement, campus recruitment, career counseling, or talent acquisition. Strong existing network or relationships with recruiters, employers, or HR professionals. Client Acquisition Preferred candidate profile A BDM in IT staffing is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the IT services and staffing domain. The focus is on placing Our Students who got enrolled in our Training Program. Should have experience in Client Acquisition, client Handling. Network : Must have strong established and nurturing professional relationships with IT managers, HR professionals, procurement teams, and directors who make staffing decisions, and more Domain: IT &ITES.
