Job Summary:

Acadmus EdTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and result-driven Placement Manager to lead and manage end-to-end placement operations. The role involves building strong industry connections, driving placement activities, and ensuring successful employment opportunities for trained candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve placement targets.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR professionals, and industry partners.

● Coordinate and organize placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events.

● Collaborate with internal training and operations teams to understand candidate profiles and align them with job requirements.

● Maintain and update placement databases, employer feedback, and placement records.

● Identify new industry tie-ups and build long-term partnerships for hiring.

● Prepare and share regular placement reports with management.

● Stay updated on current job market trends, industry demands, and skill requirements.

● Ensure smooth communication between employers and candidates throughout the placement process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.

● Minimum 3–7 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (preferably in EdTech or training industry).

● Strong networking and business development skills.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

● Proven track record of achieving placement targets and maintaining client relationships.

● Ability to work independently and handle multiple placement drives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in an EdTech / Training / Skill Development organization.

● Understanding of current IT, Non-IT, and emerging job markets.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools for data management.
