Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for the position of Placement Head. The Placement Head will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, financial modeling, due diligence processes and placement of the deal with lenders. We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong connects and relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Fund Flows, AIFs, and Lenders who can independently chase and close deals on it's own to drive business growth. The role also includes conducting in-depth financial analyses, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Effective coordination with clients and lenders is essential to ensure that all financial initiatives align with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills, Finance, and Financial Modeling
• Knowledge of Corporate Credit Terminologies & Credit Products
• Manage end-to-end placement operations
• Independently source new lenders and close deal
• Experience in Financial Due Diligence
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Fund Flows, AIFs, and Lenders
• Prior experience in corporate finance roles is highly desirable
• Chartered Accountant or Master's Degree in Finance or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
