Role Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, energetic, and process-driven professional to lead the Placement Department at our Faridabad Head Office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and can convert challenges into structured, result-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the placement team across all centres.
• Coordinate daily with companies, telecallers, and placement executives to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all company leads in the CRM are properly tracked, followed up on, and updated in a timely manner.
• Drive the complete placement cycle, from understanding company requirements to interview coordination and final selection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies and recruiters.
• Address student concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure clear and timely communication.
• Monitor team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure weekly and monthly targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with management to enhance placement strategies and improve overall outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Placements, Sales, Operations, EdTech Sales, or Placement Management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence and an ownership mindset.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and process management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, target-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.
