Job Responsibilities

Perform piping stress analysis using
CAESAR II
software for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects.
Review and validate piping layouts, isometrics, and support designs for compliance with project codes and standards.
Conduct flexibility analysis, evaluate thermal, pressure, wind, and seismic loads, and ensure piping system integrity.
Identify and resolve critical stress points, nozzle loadings, and support requirements.
Collaborate with piping, civil/structural, and mechanical teams for integrated design solutions.
Prepare stress analysis reports, documentation, and technical presentations for internal and client reviews.
Ensure adherence to relevant international codes & standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
Provide technical support during construction, pre-commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Minimum
10 years of relevant experience
in piping stress engineering within the oil & gas EPC industry.
Hands-on expertise in
CAESAR II
stress analysis software.
Strong knowledge of international piping codes, standards, and practices (ASME B31.3, B31.1, etc.).
Experience in stress analysis for critical lines (high temperature/pressure, rotating & static equipment connections).
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
