Piping Engineering Lead

Job Description

Responsible For Lead the piping engineering team in planning, design, and execution of piping systems of Super critical Boiler design. Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry codes (ASME, API, ANSI, etc.), and safety standards. Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and department budgeting. Provide technical guidance and resolve site technical engineering Issues. Review and approve piping layouts, isometrics, material specifications, and stress analysis reports. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction teams. Develop and implement department procedures, standards, and design tools. Mentor and train team of Engineers and Designers and promote professional growth within the team. Support business development by providing technical input for proposals and client meetings. Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Required Skills Strong knowledge of piping materials, layout design, stress analysis, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SP3D, SPR, CAESAR II). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments..
