Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Head to lead and manage the daily operations of our CB Physiotherapy – Dwarka Center, upcoming soon.

As the Clinical Head, you will play a key role in ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction. You will be responsible for supervising the therapist team, ensuring adherence to protocols, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement in service quality and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including assessment quality, scheduling, and patient follow-ups.
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based, protocol-driven physiotherapy care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of physiotherapists and support staff.
• Conduct case discussions, clinical audits, and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor and improve clinic performance metrics and patient feedback.
• Ensure adherence to CB Physiotherapy SOPs, ethics, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management for process improvement, marketing inputs, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in physiotherapy practice (clinic or hospital).
• Must be certified in Cupping Therapy, Taping Techniques, and Dry Needling.
• Registration with a recognized Physiotherapy Council (e.g., DCPT, HCPT, or State Council) is mandatory.
• Strong clinical expertise in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation.
• Proven ability in team leadership, operations, and patient management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools, EMR systems, and clinic management software.
