Physical Security Support Specialist

As a User Experience Designer at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in crafting seamless experiences that connect people, platforms, and purpose. Your main responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience as a Service Designer or UX Designer, focusing on creating meaningful end-to-end experiences. - Utilizing planning and forecasting abilities to anticipate change and align resources effectively. - Proficiency in benefits tracking to ensure the realization of value. - Toolkit expertise should include journey mapping, service blueprinting, rapid prototyping, and iterative design. - Being a natural collaborator and facilitator to align diverse stakeholders and think in systems to deliver seamless services that scale effectively. Additionally, you should possess skills such as data literacy, expertise in content strategy, project management, and process mapping. Visual design proficiency is essential, along with familiarity with systems like Workday and ServiceNow, and experience with survey tools such as Glint or Qualtrics is a significant advantage. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum bachelor's degree (preferred master's degree in any discipline). You will also be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills. Barclays Real Estate & Physical Security supports the business by delivering and operating its real estate strategy while ensuring the physical security of Barclays real estate. As a User Experience Designer, your primary goal will be to deliver the collection and analysis of research into customer needs, experiences, and interactions to create innovative experiences for Barclays" customers. The role is based out of Chennai, with shift hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, requiring occasional flexibility for key afternoon meetings.
