Job Title: PGT Psychology Teacher Work Mode On-site Location: India Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for PGT Psychology classes. Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student participation. Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress. Create and maintain student records for tracking academic performance. Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic development. Incorporate diverse teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles. Stay updated with current psychological theories and practices. Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to psychology. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects. Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops. Address student behavioral issues and provide support as needed. Enforce school policies and regulations consistently. Assist in departmental planning and curriculum mapping. Engage with the school community to promote the importance of mental health. Utilize technology and digital resources to enhance learning outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology or related field. Teaching certification for PGT level. Proven experience in teaching psychology at the secondary level. Strong understanding of educational psychology and adolescent development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to engage students effectively. Experience in using technology for teaching purposes. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Empathetic approach to student interactions.
