Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the company’s senior management in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, scheduling, coordination, and confidential matters while ensuring smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
• Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Handle confidential documents, records, and correspondence with discretion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
• Assist in office management and project coordination tasks.
• Screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries, responding where appropriate.
• Maintain a system for task follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant.
• Excellent communication (English & Hindi), drafting, and presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) knowledge.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined personality.
