Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in

( dual location) South Delhi + Sector-10 Noida,

for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

The Assistant will manage

• executive administrative tasks,
• personal assistance,
• diary management, and
• travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities include :-

• handling communications,
• organizing and maintaining schedules, and
• providing day-to-day support to the Managing Director to ensure efficient operations.

It is important for the candidate to be :

• Versatile / open to travel within NCR regularly
• for B2B client meetings / client relations and business relations activities.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
• Experience in Diary Management and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
