Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for an Executive Personal Assistant / Sr (growth) Client Relations Manager at our office. The role involves providing support, managing reports, and coordinating for client meetings across NCR for the director. Role requires person who is highly open to travel within ncr on regular basis, independently and along with director / MD.

The individual will be responsible for maintaining communication with clients, scheduling meetings, and optimizing brand promotion and relations with prospective corporate houses.

The position requires a proactive approach in multitasking & flair (liking) to travel within ncr extensively.

Qualifications

• Proactively open to travel within NCR on regular basis.
• person with self owned conveyance mite be preferred, all expenses will be paid extra.
• Experience in Reports and Executive Support
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work honestly and seeking association for long term.
• (a) seeking only office role, package will be offered upto 4.80 lac annual (daily office)
• (b) flexible to travel within ncr, package will be offered upto 8.00 lac annual (thrice a week office)
• (c) very flexible to travel within ncr with self owned conveyance, package will be offered upto 9.00 lac annual. (once a week office)
• in all the cases, extra will be offered, i.e. two paid leaves per month, all work related travel expenses, self car fuel expenses @10/-km, annual bonus 15-60 days of salary and 10-30% of annual increment.
• preferably residents of south delhi / south west delhi or gurugram. for option "b" & "c"
• preferably residents of noida / south delhi and nearby for option "a"
