Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and maintain the MDs calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested.
Handle all confidential documents and communications with discretion and professionalism.
Liaise with senior management, staff, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodations.
Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
Manage special projects as assigned by the MD.
Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external parties.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience working with senior leadership in a corporate environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
