Role Summary: We are seeking a resourceful, trustworthy, and detail oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a high pressure, high-responsibility office environment. The ideal candidate will come from a background in Office Management, Hotel Management and Banking Background, have strong communication skills, and be fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. This role demands discretion, loyalty, and the ability to handle sensitive communications and documentation including liaison with international partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage the MD’s day-to-day schedule, calendar, appointments, and meetings Organize and maintain office files, business records, and highly confidential documentation Draft, manage, and proofread formal correspondence, emails, and reports for both domestic and international stakeholders Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events with internal teams and global clients Handle travel arrangements including domestic and international itineraries, visas, bookings, and agendas Communicate effectively and professionally with international clients, government officials, and industry partners Support hospitality and logistics for VIP visitors and business associates Assist in follow-ups, business development tasks, and confidential personal assignments for the MD Keep track of deadlines, project progress, and ensure smooth administrative operations within the MD’s office Maintain discretion and professionalism in all aspects of the role Candidate Profile: Diploma or Degree in Office Management, Hotel Management, or a related field Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi (spoken and written) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business communication tools Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion Professional appearance and demeanor; able to represent the MD’s office with maturity and poise Previous experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives is a strong advantage Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, with additional performance-based incentives.
