Core Responsibilities:

Founder & Professional Support

• Manage the founder and family’s calendar, appointments, and travel
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and external engagements
• Track payments, vendors, and handle routine admin tasks
• Prepare and format documents, itineraries, and presentation decks
• Order and manage items required by the founder or brand

Office & Team Operations

• Ensure the office is organized, stocked, and running efficiently
• Coordinate with vendors, building staff, and office service providers
• Support team members with scheduling, errands, or logistical help
• Assist with preparing clean, presentable decks for team or external use

Personal & Family Tasks

• Book personal appointments (doctors, wellness, visa etc.)
• Manage restaurant bookings, personal travel, and errands
• Assist family members with ad hoc requests
• Handle gift curation and sending for family, friends, and professional contacts

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute personal events hosted by the founder and founder’s family
• Source and manage food, décor, entertainment, invites, and staff
• Curate menus and personalized touches
• Oversee the event on-site from setup to close

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptionally organized and responsive
• Extremely warm and ideally has a background in hospitality
• High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
• Well-presented at all times (hair, clothing, grooming)
• Clear communicator, calm under pressure, discreet
• Takes complete ownership and follows through

• Ability to create clean, well-designed decks (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
