Personal Assistant to CEO

You will be a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO, providing executive support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be key. - Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO - Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders - Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion - Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of business priorities - Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking to ensure timely completion of commitments - Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and summarize key information for decision-making - Support in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and other business activities - Manage emails, calls, and communications efficiently - Handle personal tasks for the CEO when required Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - High level of communication skills in English and Hindi - Proven experience (12 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is a plus - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - High level of discretion and confidentiality - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools - Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment - Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills You will be working full-time in a permanent role.
