This is a Work from Office Role (WFO) from Monday-Saturday

Location: Parel, Mumbai


Role Overview

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure the CEO’s time and focus are effectively managed. This role requires a highly organized, dependable, and resourceful individual who can handle multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office.


Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reviews.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records (both digital and physical).


Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO’s office and internal teams or external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with department heads to collect reports, updates, and key information as needed.
  • Support meeting logistics, including agendas, minutes, and post-meeting actions.
  • Draft professional emails, summaries, and communication for internal and external use.


Operational Assistance

  • Support the CEO in day-to-day operational activities and special projects.
  • Manage travel bookings, itineraries, reimbursements, and related administrative tasks.
  • Handle vendor coordination, documentation, and basic data management.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, trackers, and performance updates as required.


Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle all sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain a professional and positive approach in all interactions.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an executive assistant, coordinator, or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
