Role Overview

We seek two (2) Junior Credit Underwriters to join our credit team, one focusing on Travel Now Pay Later (TNPL) and the other on Business Loan (BL) underwriting. Both roles require keen analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong adherence to credit policies to evaluate loan applications effectively.

Key Responsibilities

·       Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the underwriting process. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all application assessments, decisions, and communication. Identify and escalate any risks, irregularities, or red flags promptly to senior credit underwriters or management.

·       Work closely with the sales, operations, and verification teams to clarify application details, expedite processing, and facilitate timely credit decisions, contributing to a balanced and high-quality loan portfolio.

Qualifications/ Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Business, Economics or related field.

·       2 years’ experience in underwriting, credit analysis, or financial evaluation preferred.

·       Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with financial data.

·       Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills,

·       Self-starter who thrives in fast paced environments.
