Conduct load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing for varied applications. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes. Analyze performance test results and provide insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks. Participate in requirement analysis to ensure all performance criteria are met. Craft comprehensive documentation for testing processes and results. Manage performance testing environments and monitor resource utilization. Utilize performance testing tools and frameworks effectively and efficiently. Meet project milestones and deliver results within strict deadlines. Provide recommendations for optimizing application performance. Conduct peer reviews of performance testing scripts and results. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in performance testing. Assist in planning and executing performance-related improvements. Engage with cross-functional teams to promote awareness of performance requirements. Train junior team members on performance testing best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in performance testing. Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Proficient in scripting languages like Java, Python, or Groovy. Experience with CI/CD tools and processes. Solid understanding of application architecture and performance metrics. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies preferred. Knowledge of database management and SQL is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and services. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
