About The Opportunity

• Design, implement, and execute performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks across application, database, and network layers.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend optimizations.
• Automate performance test executions within CI/CD pipelines and generate detailed reports.
• Simulate realistic user loads and stress conditions to validate scalability, reliability, and SLA compliance.
• Maintain and monitor test environments, ensure data integrity, and optimize test infrastructure.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or Bash) for automation and test data generation.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP/S, RESTful APIs), application servers, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with performance monitoring tools such as New Relic or Dynatrace and analyzing system metrics.
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
  

Preferred

• Certification in performance testing or relevant tools (e.g., HP LoadRunner, AWS Performance Testing).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring integration and real-time performance dashboards.
