Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, display, and affiliates to drive website revenue and meet ROI targets.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns, ensuring ROAS of

  4+

  and revenue growth above

  ₹50 Cr from website sales only

  .
• Conduct in-depth campaign analysis, A/B testing, and optimize for conversion, acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, promotions, and brand goals.
• Monitor industry trends and leverage best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage performance marketing budgets and forecasting with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
• Enhance user journey and website experience to maximize conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years

  of experience in performance marketing at managerial or leadership level.
• Strong background in

  apparel / fashion e-commerce

  with preference for

  super-premium or bridge-to-luxury brands

  (not mass market).
• Proven track record of

  scaling website revenue to ₹50 Cr+

  , having been part of the growth journey.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing, and CRM-driven campaigns

  .
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive data-backed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
