About the Role:

Performance Marketing Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  .
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending with a focus on ROI and ROAS.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and others.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in running performance campaigns (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  Meta Ads Manager

  ,

  Google Ads

  , and

  Google Analytics

  .
• Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Certification in Meta or Google Ads will be a plus.
