Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and skilled in managing paid campaigns to achieve strong ROI and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing for conversions and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance results.
• Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
• Track and report performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and remarketing strategies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
