Performance Marketing Professional

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage performance campaigns on
Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Optimize ads for
CTR, conversions, and ROAS
Track daily performance and share reports/insights
Coordinate with the
content, design, and strategy teams
for campaign assets
Research keywords, audiences, and ad trends
Assist in budget allocation and performance forecasting
Monitor performance anomalies and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, budgets & A/B testing
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Basic understanding of landing pages, funnels, and creatives
