About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to improve campaign efficiency.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
• Provide actionable insights and prepare performance reports for management.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting, and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
