Performance Marketing Manager E-commerce & Quick Commerce

Performance Marketing professional

If you live and breathe campaign optimization, analytics, and e-commerce strategy, wed love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
.
Monitor and analyze performance using
Amazon Pi, Flipkart IRIS
, and similar analytical dashboards.
Collaborate with external agencies to
maximize ROI
and ensure optimal budget utilization.
Track, report, and present campaign performance metrics and insights.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth across all platforms.
Stay updated with
marketplace algorithm changes, platform updates, and digital trends
.

Preferred Candidate Profile

8+ years
of overall marketing experience with at least
23 years in E-commerce Performance Marketing
.
Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on
Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto
, etc.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in
Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
.
Experience with performance analysis tools and dashboards (Amazon Pi, Flipkart IRIS, etc.).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Desired Skills

Deep understanding of
e-commerce ecosystems and performance metrics
.
Familiarity with
SEO, paid ads, and content optimization strategies
for e-commerce.
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
Creative problem-solving with attention to detail.
