Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive performance and branding KPIs across Meta Ads (Advantage+, Performance, Branding, Catalogue Ads).
  • Lead end-to-end paid social strategy, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance management.
  • Manage product feed usage for Meta; collaborate with tech/category teams to ensure best-in-class feed accuracy and merchandising experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams, agency & channel partners to ensure day-to-day growth on social, driving omnichannel impact for stores & .com.
  • Develop new concepts, innovations, and consumer journey improvements based on understanding of customer touchpoints.
  • Drive ad tech, measurement, and attribution excellenceespecially in digital-to-store impact measurement.
  • Monitor and optimize targeting, creatives, bidding and budgets to achieve efficiency at scale
  • Drive reporting excellencepackaging data into actionable insights and test-and-learn outcomes.
  • Lead A/B tests, platform betas, and exploratory pilots to stay ahead of evolving capabilities
  • Support Brand Solutions, Catchment, Private Label, Zipcare, Unboxed and other tertiary campaigns from other internal teams
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders Brand, Category, Creative, Content, Organic, Tech, Analytics for streamlined execution.

Good to Have

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, especially Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Understanding of Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and feed troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to biddable digital channels beyond Meta (YouTube, Criteo, etc.).
  • Experience in retail digital marketing and omnichannel performance programs

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in Google Ads.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads with experience managing high monthly spends.
  • Strong grasp of analyticsAdobe Analytics, GA, Clevetap/Moengage, attribution tools, data measurement frameworks.
  • Technical understanding of ad tech, tracking, tagging, and omni-channel measurement.
  • Strong data orientation—ability to interpret trends and drive data-led decisions.
  • Excellent communication, cross-team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic understanding of AI/GenAI applications in performance marketing.
