We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Marketing | Automotive Components Industry

Vibes Component Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven marketing professional to lead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, key account management, and project execution with top OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

If you have a passion for the automotive industry and enjoy working on strategic initiatives that drive growth, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Develop and execute GTM strategies for automotive components and systems

✅ Strengthen relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers

✅ Drive account penetration and manage end-to-end project execution

✅ Collaborate closely with Project, Techno-Commercial, and Presales teams

✅ Manage the process of onboarding our company as an approved vendor with key accounts

What We’re Looking For:

BE/B.Tech (Mechanical)

🔹 Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive components marketing or business development.

🔹 Strong understanding of OEM and Tier-1 ecosystems.

🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

🔹 Passionate about the automotive industry and committed to continuous learning through market trends

and industry insights.
