Job Description

As a Marketing Executive at the assigned store, your role involves assisting in creating the business development plan in consultation with the MHQ Marketing team. You will be responsible for setting individual business development targets for marketing executives and ensuring that overall targets are met. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve sales targets and generate revenue through the Marketing Team. - Supervise and motivate all marketing MTMs to close targets effectively. - Drive new customer acquisition in coordination with Marketing and Sales team. - Follow up on addresses collected from prospective customers and build relationships to generate leads. - Collect leads from various sources and develop a database of potential customers. - Verify reports of marketing staff and ensure authenticity through follow-up calls. - Invite potential customers to the store for exhibitions, events, and campaigns. - Monitor Marketing Executives" visits through GPS tracking and verify lead entries in CRM software. - Provide guidance, resolve queries, and monitor movements of Marketing Executives. - Visit high net worth customers to persuade them to make purchases. - Review leads from prospective weddings and update Showroom Heads. - Check eligibility of applicants for charitable schemes introduced by the organization. **Marketing:** - Understand creative requirements of the store and inform superiors. - Communicate and participate in meetings for store branding requirements. - Supervise and execute ATL, BTL, and digital activities at store level. - Monitor hoardings, manage expenses, and replace damaged hoarding boards. - Network with industry players to gather competitor information. - Monitor brand sentiment online and execute reputation management activities. - Coordinate events, campaigns, and exhibitions at regional and store level. - Ensure effectiveness of community marketing. **Internal Process:** - Generate marketing MIS reports to monitor market trends and campaign-based expenses. - Analyze call center reports to manage customer inquiries and feedback. **People Development:** - Identify learning needs of team and self and provide requirements to L&D team. - Ensure completion of mandatory training programs for self and team. - Drive a performance-driven culture by monitoring and reviewing team performance timely.,
