Overview:

Seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of data-driven marketing to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy:

  Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, display, programmatic, email, affiliate, and shopping.

• Optimization:

  Analyze data to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize ROI.

• Budget Management:

  Allocate and manage marketing budgets to achieve key KPIs.

• Audience Targeting:

  Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and messaging.

• Collaboration:

  Work with creative, content, client services, and sales teams to ensure aligned execution.

• CRO:

  Conduct A/B testing and apply CRO strategies to enhance website and landing page performance.

• Reporting:

  Create insightful performance reports and dashboards for internal and client use.

• Market Analysis:

  Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in performance marketing (agency or client-side).
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, affiliate, and social media advertising.
• Skilled in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, Clevertap, Singular, Kissmetrics).
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
