This is a strategic role for someone who thrives on data, ROAS, and growth metrics. 🚀 Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize performance campaigns (Meta, Google, Amazon, Blinkit, etc.). Run A/B tests, manage budgets, and improve CAC, CTR, and conversion rates. Monitor daily performance data and provide weekly performance reports. Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives and ad copies. Keep an eye on competitor activities and market trends. Provide insights to improve landing pages, product listings, and ad funnels. --- ✅ Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads. Experience with e-commerce campaigns, preferably D2C brands. Familiarity with marketplace advertising (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Blinkit Ads, etc.). Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and attribution models. Proficient in ad analytics, tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and keyword research tools.
