Job Purpose Ensure achievement of offtake targets and business objectives in E Commerce Accounts 1) Media Planning: Media Budget Allocation Develop and implement comprehensive on-platform performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives on e-comemerce platforms. 2) Campaign Management: Improve ROAS Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, CPC, CTR, and other key performance metrics. Identify Assets basis product category, life cycle & objectives to deliver superior performance 3) Performance Analysis: Publish Analysis Campaign Performance Report on Weekly Basis, Tweak Campaigns Basis inputs . Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on data insights. 4) Media Buying: %Rates Lower than Stack Rates, Align Free Visibilities with Accounts Collaborate with Accounts to buy media assets at effective rates 5) Creatives: Arrange creatives in stipulated timelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand teams to develop creatives inline with campaign objectives & account guidelines Internal Interaction Job Role you need to interact with Internally in the organization to enable success in your day to day work Channel Business Manager, KAMs, Area Heads, Sales Officers, Brand Managers External Interactions Job Role you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications Graduation 10 + 2 with good experience MBA would be preferred Functional Skills Influencing skill Analytical Skills Interpersonal skill Customer relationship Relevant and total years of Experience Min 5-6 years FMCG or related industries
