Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 5–7 years of experience in managing large-scale paid campaigns. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven track record of working with international clothing & fashion brands in the US marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across 

  Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  , and other paid channels.
• Drive 

  customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

   for fashion & apparel e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and monitor 

  KPIs, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates

   to maximize campaign performance.
• Manage and allocate large marketing budgets efficiently while ensuring 

  high ROI and scalability

  .
• Collaborate with creative, content, and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns align with 

  brand positioning and product launches

  .
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the 

  fashion e-commerce domain

  .

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience

   in 

  Performance Marketing

   with a strong focus on Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Must have hands-on experience in 

  fashion, clothing, and apparel e-commerce brands

   (international focus preferred).
• Proven track record of handling campaigns in the 

  US marketplace

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in 

  Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other tracking tools

  .
• Experience managing 

  high ad budgets

   with strong ROI delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be willing to
