Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels - including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other programmatic or affiliate platforms.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset, hands-on campaign management skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights that fuel growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, from keyword research and audience targeting to ad copy, creatives, and tracking.
  • Track and analyze key metrics - CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions — and generate regular performance reports.
  • Implement A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features.
  • Manage client communication, presenting results and performance insights with clarity.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
