Ideal Persona Would:

3-6 years in Performance Marketing. Startup background helps, but frankly, if you're good at hitting numbers, that's what counts.
Be fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Metabase , and martech tools.
Think in data and frameworks , but act fast, bias for action is what we value.
Work with creative, product, and business teams to deliver powerful campaigns.
Be curious about AI, automation, and marketing tech you build tools, not decks.
Be outcome-obsessed. You care more about revenue and CAC than CTRs.
