Job Description:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. The ideal candidate should be analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROI goals.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives and ad copies.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance insights.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for ad visuals and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital advertising.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and pixel setup.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Google or Meta Ads certification is a plus.
